Comfortable stay in a classy hotel

Pros: loved the large modern room. The staff were lovely Cons: The room faced the street and at night I found the street noise kept me awake- particularly the trams

Cons: TV doesn't enable guests to see a guide to what is showing on any channel. No subtitles. No turn-down service. Lighting hard to figure out. Room service was forgotten one day.
