I would stay here again.

Pros: Close to everything. Clean. Staff were very kind. Cons: The air in our room was stale and not working properly.

We enjoyed being st this Westin property

Cons: Our room 1102 had a sort of “permanent urine smell in or around the toilet bowl. I recommend housekeeping SOAK with bleach around the bowl within toilet seat to get rid of the foul smell

DOUBLE CHARGED

Cons: BE AWARE! If you book through here, after they will double charge you at the hotel, and believe me it will be a headache to get your money back!!! After sending multiple emails to the property I’m still waiting for a total refund! Worse experience ever and so frustrating! Lots of hotels to choose from in NY, BE CAREFUL!

Overall it’s sufficient- room was clean. Quiet hotel (obviously city traffic noise, but fooor is quiet). Need to improve

Pros: Location. Updated rooms. Cons: Elevator issues. Have to go to CVS for anything you may need.
