Getting tired now - yawn
I’ve been coming to the Westin for over five years now. This remains an excellent hotel if being close to Market Street is important, but tbh it has become increasingly tired over the years. It’s time for a renovation to update the bathrooms, carpet and the general feel of the place.
The decor was great. Nice rooms. Great environment. My wife and I went to the Shane Gillis show and then spent the next day shopping. The hotel location is great. Very walkable to lots of restaurants and shops.
Good hotel. In a good location. Wouldn't book again.
Pros: Winning location. High-level gym. Very clean very comfortable beds. Coffee corner until 10 in the morning. Cons: To enter the hotel, you need to take an elevator to the lobby. Unnecessary breakfast not worth adding. Many mistakes. Booked through Booking including a sofa bed, after insisting they changed the room to a sofa bed. Booked through Booking including breakfast, after Booking's intervention, they only gave breakfast for two, the child was not included in the breakfast - very disappointing. Also, the room was not ready on time. We had to wait until after 15:00. Reception staff wer

I just wished we had a better thoroughly cleaned room and sheets
Pros: The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming Cons: The rooms need to be cleaned better. My 9-month-old developed an extremely bad rash and we decided to check out early. Not sure if the rooms were deep cleaned enough.
