Excellent location and services

Nice hotel and convenient to the Dulles airport and great restaurants.

Pros: Parking area was nice and convenient. Check-in was smooth. Rooms were very clean and nice size. Check out needs were supportive and acceptable. Full experience was very good. Cons: No concerns were shared during our stay. We would stay again.

Please provide rooms for guests with pets and rooms for guests without pets

Pros: I really enjoyed the accommodation. The room was very clean, organized, and there was no cicada noise, which was a concern for me. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. Cons: I was disappointed that the pool was closed and that I had to wait to check in. When I arrived, there was no one available to assist me at the front desk. I went to the restaurant to ask for help, and an employee told me that someone was supposed to be there, but since they were not, they were probably busy and I would need to wait. Not welcoming. Beds hard. No art. Cold and institutional feeling. My husband and I have been staying at this hotel for years. It’s near our son’s home and we stay here when we visit. The hotel no longer feels comfortable. No warmth, welcome. Finding someplace else next time.
