The Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport

Comfortable, centralized stay in Richmond

Pros: For being so close to the airport, it was super quiet. It was also walkable to several malls and good coffee/breakfast options. Staff was wonderful and room comfortable. Kids liked the pool and hot tub as well. Cons: The stay, parking, and food were expensive. There was also no snack/drink vending machines or areas with snacks or the little things travelers may have forgotten. Food, including breakfast, is sit-down in the restaurant, which adds to the cost.

Staff were very pleasant and hard working. Jonas, the Concierge, was particularly helpful

Very nice stay! Excellent location for attending the Richmond Night Market!

Very nice stay at this Westin; staff were very friendly and our room was available a little earlier than expected. Parking was convenient. Location was great as we were attending the Richmond Night Market just a couple blocks away.

Full of ( bad) surprises

Pros: Location and amenities Cons: Surprises on last everything. At arrival we were told parking is not free and we have to pay 30 dollars per night. Despite the booking having breakfast included we were told only 2 adults can have breakfast and we have to pay for the 3rd adult. To top is all up, on the last day we were charged an " extra adult fee" for each night!!!! Will definitely not stay here next and will not recommend this property.
