The Wheatley Hotel

Fake listing. Do not Book

This listing is a scam. The actual Wheatley Hotel are not on booking.com. The owners are currently in legal proceedings to have this listing taken down

Still waiting for my refund because I wasn’t even allowed to stay as they no longer take overnight reservations

Cons: I didn’t even get to stay

Cons: Did not stay as the accommodation us not there and has NOT been taken off booking.com. I will require a refund. We had to find alternative room at a different hotel. As the races were on, there was not a lot of choice. Not happy with booking.com

Pros: Nothing 😡 Cons: Turned up to be told the hotel has been closed for a number of weeks and they no longer deal with booking.com requested a refund but bookings.com are refusing saying we stayed there which is untrue so anyone looking to book here please don't you will lose your money and have no where to stay

Cons: Booking.com SCAM!!! Arrived at hotel to be told they do not work with booking.com and that to stay the night, I had to pay the hotel direct and get a refund from booking.com We did this but 7 weeks later, I am still chasing a refund as booking.com are refusing it!!
