Wonderful stay away from the crowds

Pros: Given my wife's varied food allergies, the young man who attended to us in the evenings gave us phenomenal service! He expressed understanding, was patient and kind, and worked creatively with the kitchen to come up with options for her. The outdoor and garden dining options were very lovely, and the food was consistent and very good Off-street parking was a plus, but get there early. Cons: Upon arrival, we saw the blind in our room was broken on one side, and was left hanging crooked. I was able to do a quick remedial fix that should have been able to have been done rather easily by

Exceptional stay, would visit again.

Pros: An amazing stay overall - the hotel exceeded my expectations from the photos provided. Beautifully quaint. Our room was larger than expected and designed very well and beautifully - the decor was lovely. The hotel earns top marks for their food which was exceptional - breakfast each morning was delicious (including the continental and cooked (especially the cooked) - they did have a walnut loaf on show without a label and being allergic to tree nuts this wasn't ideal but i could visibly see the nuts though not the point)). Would highly recommend and happily stay again if in the area again in the future.

Pros: Beautifully decorated room and exceptionally clean. Very friendly staff and lovely restaurant. On site free parking and within close proximity to popular local towns for exploring. Cons: N/A
