An easy, comfortable stay for a work trip with nice amenities in a great location
Pros: Great location, easy to access. Lovely room, very well presented. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Lovely crisp bedding and towels. A nice touch with UHT soy milk in the room too and the Twirls for an unexpected but very much appreciated sweet treat. Great communication from the host for check in information. Cons: Nothing - great offering, value for money.

Clean and comfortable
Pros: Easy access to the building, clean and tidy common areas. Compact double room and en suite, clean and comfortable. Chocolate and biscuits in the room were a nice touch. Steps from the seafront, with a popular pub and reliable curry house nearby. Cons: Access touchpad needed a certain knack, but the friendly staff talked me through it when I phoned the helpline. Room a little cool (heating not on) and shower pressure a bit low (highest room in the house, so to be expected).

Pros: Great location nice room well looked after Cons: Unfortunately someone had a dog next door that barked alot from early hours and the bed could be a little longer but nothing major
