Good location more a pub than a hotel
Pros: Great location Cons: More pub than hotel Very noisy room overlooking pub courtyard Access out of hours is via steep fire escape stair case. No breakfast or serviced reception.

Staff very helpful and room clean and comfortable
Staff very helpful and room clean and comfortable. The location is very pretty. We only stayed for 1 night as we were attending a wedding nearby but couldn't fault our room. Even though it was hot weather and there is no aircon but a substantial fan helped us to cool down quickly.

Pros: The location is amazing and I love the history of the property Cons: If I had to be picky, the very narrow way to the carpark

4th stay this year
4th stay this year. Lovely big room with lots of beams. Great value for money. Food was very nice and a decent price. Staff were brilliant, really helpful. A fabulous place both in summer and winter.
