A lovely few days in a comfortable and convenient hotel.
Pros: I liked everything. It had such character and the staff were delightful. The breakfast was truly yummy. The location was so convenient for the centre of Bath; nice and walkable with lots of lovely restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Cons: There really wasn't anything about the hotel that I didn't like. I would be delighted to go there again.
Generally a nice stay but needs cleaning properly
Pros: Lovely looking hotel from the outside and location is fantastic. Rooms are cosy thick curtains and shutters are great. Clean fresh bedding. Breakfast was very nice. Cons: Cleanliness needs to improve within the rooms. Dust under and around bed, hair on carpets, dirty light switches and backs of doors. Terrible sunken mattress definitely needs replacing. Overcharging seems to be a reoccurring problem reading previous reviews this happed to us also so check you invoices upon leaving. Shouldn’t have to pay an extra discretionary charge at a hotel and not be told about it never had this at a
