Deplorable, no lift from start to finish and no alternative or compensation
Pros: The whole experience was deplorable. We are pensioners and arrived to a penthouse with a lift that was out of commission. There was absolutely no sign of repair Cons: The whole experience. It was shocking from the minute we arrived and there was no working lift.

Cons: The lift doesn’t work and it is a penthouse apartment. You’ll be told it has just occurred and being fixed however cleaning staff confirmed it has been broken for months.
