Great location and value

Pros: Location was excellent and price was good considering it was August in London! Cons: Obviously the Z hotels by nature are very compact and bijou!

Largely no issues and great value for money, other than a blip at the start of my stay.

Pros: Great location! Air conditioned Lift available (although there was just 1 available for the whole hotel, and it broke down frequently during my stay) Room cleaning every other day Although small, the room has got everything. The room size didn’t matter to me as I just needed a place to sleep. Cons: Had an unpleasant experience at the start of my stay. I arrived very early in the morning to store my luggage at the hotel first before check in. Initially was told I could check back at 12pm to see if the room is ready earlier, which I really appreciated, and I did. Another staff member a
