Pros: The location of the hotel cannot be faulted, being minutes away from the theatres. A request ahead of the visit for extra pillows in the room was met. The staff are helpful, polite and professional. The room may be small but perfect for an overnight stay - and spotlessly clean. Cons: Nothing to dislike at all
Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff
Pros: Lovely clean room, friendly staff. They allowed us to drop off our bags early before check in as we were going to a theatre show, and even took our bags up to our room for us for when we checked in later on. Great central location, perfect for a night. Very quiet and well insulated, had a great night's sleep and the bed was very comfortable. Great selection of tea and even coffee bags with the in room kettle. Small room but good value for money. Cons: Didn't really like the glass boxed in toilet and shower. Hadn't realised quite how see-through and the lack of privacy it had. But it was

Great location, tiny rooms.
Pros: Location was great. Staff was also incredibly friendly. Comfy bed. Cons: The rooms were very small, which was expected. Not having any windows can make the room feel a bit claustrophobic, but if you're only staying for a short time or just using the room to sleep, it's definitely worth it.
