Avoid if you like cleanliness

Perfect location but can be noisy outside. Great bar and breakfast. However cleanliness……worst hotel. I was made to go to the cupboard find sheets and towels and make up my own room. First I was told departure rooms done first before 3 then mine would be done. Come back at 4 and advised no. Gets cleaned every 2 days. I asked for a room change and/or refund but categorically told No So if you’re ok with poor cleanliness then come here. I did try talk to the manager but couldn’t

Pros: Great hotel, great location, all main sights and alleys were within walking distance

Pros: Great hotel, great location, all main sights and alleys were within walking distance. The staff was great and everyone was helpful. The room was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy. Cons: There was a bit less space in the room, but we only went there to sleep, so it didn't bother us that much. If there was a shelf or cabinet for storing things, it would be great.
