Pros: The Hotel was in a good location for the Apollo Theatre (Wicked) and right by Victoria Station. I had messaged asking if they could decorate the room to celebrate anniversary and they did.
Cons: The hotel recieved and actioned half of my request without replying. The other request was an extra blanket. When we asked as we left to go out, it was still not in our room on our return. We were on the first floor, even though advertised as sound proofing rooms all night we heard the vibrations of the tubes. We heard every door close and toilet / shower running.
