I’ve stayed here more than 10 times over the years and I keep coming back. The friendly staff and location together with the member benefits makes it my go to place in London regardless if I am traveling for work or with family/friends. Keep in mind it is the smallest of rooms with frosted glass walls for the bathroom but still it is value for money and we hang out in the lobby instead of our rooms (complementary cheese and wine and barista coffee).

Pros: Good cost/benefit ratio. Excellent location. It has essential services. Very good breakfast. Friendly service. Cons: The room is a bit small. It had no natural light.

Pros: Incredible location and the shower was brilliant. Cons: I’m 6ft and the bed was too short for me and the mattress wasn’t comfy at all

Fab stay for one night

Great location, clean, good facilities and great friendly staff

Would stay again because location and staff were great but will ask for a bigger room

Pros: I really liked the hotel and the things that stood out was the eating area and the building itself - location couldn’t be better Cons: The public areas beyond the dining room were not really swept- would expect a hotel to be clean throughout. The room itself was ridiculously small for 2 people. Very clean but too small
