Pros: Just the location, everything else was bad. Cons: I stayed at Theatrum for 3 nights (Aug 8–11) and had issues with a persistently bad smell in the bathroom despite raising it with staff multiple

Cons: I stayed at Theatrum for 3 nights (Aug 8–11) and had issues with a persistently bad smell in the bathroom despite raising it with staff multiple times — nothing was done. More seriously, the hotel cancelled my return booking (Aug 14–16) on the day of check-in, claiming my card had declined. This is factually incorrect — I used the same card successfully in Gabala for 3 nights and immediately used it to book another hotel in Baku without any issue. When I called to query this, the receptionist offered me one night only — a clear indicator
