A Welcome Break

I don't normally do a lot of reviews but I was compelled to let you guys know how I feel about my experience here. I booked this for a mental break and It was a great decision. From the warm welcome to the food to the bed to the food, the pool? Everything was on point! I have stayed at many resorts but this one restored my faith in hospitality. I met a gentleman by the name of Ryan. I think he might the leader for the Front Desk. He was so kind and professional and what was most important was that he made me feel SEEN as a guest. His smile was infectious and he made me laugh too. Don't get me

Amazing stay at THesis

Amazing stay! Fernando and the rest of the front desk staff went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect. Will be back next time I’m in Coral Gables.

Awesome!

Great stay and everything was amazing. Rooftop pool is awesome. The service from Diva, Fernando and Fausto was extra ordinary and they were extremely helpful and welcoming. Loved the caring and calm demeanour!!

Beautiful stay with exceptional service

I had such a wonderful experience at The Thesis Hotel in Coral Gables this past weekend. The hotel itself is beautiful, with such a unique and modern atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which really made the experience stand out. Our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and honestly exceeded my expectations. Definitely a place I would recommend and would happily stay at again!!!
