Excellent stay, staff friendly and helpful
Pros: Great location, short walk to tube Russell Square or Holborn Cons: Understandable to have lack of air con as older building, it was just a very hot week / month

perfect for my location needs but left a lot to be desired
Pros: the room was a good size and perfectly located for my requirement in relation to the Neurological hospital. Cons: The room was very hot in the room and even opening windows didn't really do anything for the temperature in the room. The shower was freezing cold in comparison and just didn't heat up

Decent central place to stay for a short time
Pros: Good location and very good breakfast Fan in the room Quiet Cons: Very small room on 5th floor with quite tired fittings Slow and tiny lift
