Disappointed

Pros: Clean room Cons: I was woken at 1.30 am by arriving or returning guests only to find I had no electricity in the room. Called reception. Someone came but couldn't fix it. At 2 am, I was asked to leave the room and all of my belongings for safety reasons. I was taken to another room (I took everything with me). At 5.30 am, I spoke to someone at reception and asked for a full refund. They said they had no authority to provide this. They would pass the request on. 2 days later, I have still heard nothing. Very disturbing situation for a lone woman traveller.

Very convenient and great price.

Pros: Fresh, new environment. Good parking available and loved self check in. Staff very friendly, great service. Excellent location to Terminal 5 at a great price. Cons: Better signage needed to locate the car parking payment kiosk.

Check before your stay for information about the shuttle to the airport as no one at the terminal had any idea

Pros: Hotel was excellent the staff were lovely location to Heathrow was perfect Cons: Down side was information for getting from terminal 5 to hotel was bad we ended up waiting half hr for a bus and walking as no information for the shuttle bus from terminal to hotel but hotel to terminal on shuttle was excellent
