Pros: The hotel is in a beautiful location and the room is comfortable and clean. Cons: What I didn't like is that I arrived at the hotel exhausted after a long journey, my room was not ready at the specified time in the booking, they were delayed by about 17 minutes and the hotel did not address this issue to my satisfaction. The hotel was supposed to offer appropriate compensation for their mistake, but the matter was not given any attention.

Booking.com Review We had a really lovely stay at the Thistle Kensington Gardens and were especially impressed by the warm and helpful service at reception. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and it made our stay feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Mohammed, Thomaskutty and Jaden, who were all incredibly helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Disappointed 😞

Pros: Staff were helpful after problems with the first 2 rooms. Breakfast was tasty Cons: Room 1, the bed was not made up, no tea or coffee facilities, and a leak dripping through the ceiling. Room 2 had no air conditioning. Room 3 was bigger and had better facilities, but considering we had paid for an upgraded room supposedly with extras like bottled water, etc., we were not convinced.
