Rooms with no AC. Terrible experience
Pros: Location was great and the room was clean and comfortable Cons: Staff took advantage that my parents didn't speak English and gave them 2 rooms with no AC. They tried to communicate saying they could wait for a different room with AC but they said they would install one. They installed some noisy fans that kept the room hot the same way. I even called twice and they said they no longer had rooms with AC. Also one out of 2 elevators was broken, we stayed there twice with a week between the stays and when we came back it was still broken.

Great location!!! We could walk everywhere. Comfortable beds, excellent shower. Friendly staff, everything was perfect!
