London wunderschön. Hotel schlecht.
Pros: die Lage ist genial
Cons: Wir mussten ein Downgrade akzeptieren, da scheinbar in den Doppelzimmern Deluxe die Klimaanlage ausgefallen war.
Wir kamen früh morgens an - konnten das Gepäck deponieren. Obwohl es hiess, dass wir die beiden Zimmer ab 15:00 beziehen könnten, war dies um 17:30 noch immer nicht der Fall.
Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber. In den Schubladen noch Sachen vorangehender Gäste. Die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Und dann ganz schlimm: in einem der Zimmer Bettwanzen! Das war kein schönes Erwachen! Trotz der Toplage können wir das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

Not great value for money especially considering all the little negatives I’ve mentioned.
Pros: Location was great, breakfast was great & staff were great .
Cons: Our room had a view of the back wall of the national gallery…… and I’m assuming that because of the hotel situation there are no rooms with a pleasant view(which I had requested when booking). It doesn’t seem like a 4* hotel….. bathroom grouting was a little shabby, the magnifying mirror on the bathroom wall was just hanging there and couldn’t be positioned with its light also not working. If you sat on the bed against the headboard the bed would roll away from the wall. We were informed when we arrived that the hotel ai

Pros: Местоположението е повече от отлично, голяма част от забележителностите са на пешеходно разстояние, което пък е огромен плюс, ако пътуваш с дете. Персоналът е изключително услужлив, приятелски и отзивчив. Хигиената и удобствата са на чудесно ниво, стаите разполагат с почти всичко необходимо. Бихме повторили при следващо посещение.
Cons: Това не зависи от хотела, но донякъде е свързано с местоположението - поне в нашата стая вечер доста се чуваха шумове от улицата и най-вече почистващите и сметосъбиращите камиони.
