Three Kings

La habitación estaba limpia y fresca. La ropa de cama muy incómoda y el colchón muy duro. No dormimos bien. El tamaño de la cama excelente. Al llegar, lo primero que dijeron fue: “Debes 15 libras por el registro temprano”, nada de cortesía en absoluto, muy decepcionante. Habíamos conducido 6 horas para llegar allí, así que hubiera sido agradable que ofrecieran café o una bebida. El personal del bar por la noche muy bueno y el presentador del quiz brillante. La cena de la noche fue excelente. Desayuno - bien, el champiñón tan aguado que mi plato estaba lleno de agua. Tuve que pedir tostadas ya

The room was clean and fresh. Bedding very uncomfortable and mattress very hard. Not a great night sleep. Bed size excellent On arrival the first thing said was”you owe £15 for early check in” no pleasantries at all very disappointing. We had driven 6hrs to get there so would have been nice to ask to offer coffee or drink. Bar staff in evening very good and quiz master brilliant. Evening meal was excellent. Breakfast - ok, mushroom so watery that my plate was filled with water. Had to ask for toast as did not arrive with breakfast.

Desayuno. Lamentablemente, esto fue una decepción ya que a pesar de que el desayuno estaba incluido, tuvimos que salir a las 07:30 antes de que comenzara el desayuno a las 08:00 (lo cual entendemos), pero al preguntar a la llegada a las 15:00 si algo como un continental o incluso un croissant era posible, nos dijeron que no, además, al pedir quizás solo un zumo de naranja que pudiéramos llevar para sustituir el desayuno, también nos dijeron que no. Breakfast Sadly this was a disappointment as despite breakfast being included we had to leave at 0730 before breakfast starting at 0800 ( which we do understand ) but enquiring on arrival at 1500 when we asked if something like a continental even a croissant was possible we were told no , further request of perhaps just orange juice we could have to take up to substitute breakfast we were told no. It was not the message but the manner in which we were spoken to was negative and unhelpful .
