Ótimo lugar para ficar em Cusco
Pros: A equipe foi ótima. O café da manhã estava realmente bom. A localização é excelente e é um lugar espaçoso. Ficaria novamente!
Pros: Staff were great. Breakfast was really good. Location is great and it’s a spacious place. Would stay again! Cons: There’s a bar or a club that adjoins one section of the building and played loud music till 3am. Next morning the staff were nice to write to the establishment and it was quiet on Sunday night, but then on the weekend they still play music till late!
Beautiful building, friendly staff, very good breakfast.
Pros: Had a positive experience with the chain in Puno before, and Cusco was no different. The breakfast is top quality, the building is beautiful, and the staff helped me with difficulties I had (which are not related to the hotel). Cons: Being a historical building that, I suppose, limits constructions and renovations, the noise of footsteps in the room on the upper floor was very audible. But nothing that disturbs rest.
