I’ve been staying at this hotel for years, but unfortunately the quality has declined dramatically over the past year.
I have been staying at this hotel for many years, and it used to be one of my favorite places. Unfortunately, over the past year, the hotel has gone downhill in a very disappointing way, especially when it comes to cleanliness.

Poor
Pros: The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Cons: The carpets were dirty, not enough hand soap, the shower tap was a mess and the water was trickling. The breakfast was nothing short of a disaster. No extra bottles given, just 2 mini water bottles were there and the lady refused, saying it would be chargeable. Not going there ever again. Second car parking was supposed to be paid upfront 30 AED? Iron board was dirty. Not enough hangers in the closet.
