Quick access to the city center by tram. Everything as described and expected.

Pros: Central location, value for money. Cons: Very noisy.

Pros: Pretty small studio apartment near the university. Clean and well-equipped, would gladly return! Only the power outlet next to the bed unfortunately does not work, which I noticed too late. Cons: The non-functioning power outlet - so not worth mentioning ;-)
