Cons: Unfortunately, our experience at this property was not what we expected. We arrived at the property and, after seeing it in person, my younger cousin and I immediately felt uncomfortable with the level of privacy. In particular, the low fencing and outdoor shower arrangement made us feel exposed, and we had additional concerns regarding privacy around the bedroom and the overall layout. Although the host considers the property private, our experience upon arrival was very different. We decided not to stay and left almost immediately. Peace in the middle of Newcastles suburbs

Pros: The tiny home is nestled next to a bush reserve and there’s an Avery next door which means you’ve got the sounds of so many birds nearby. Arrival was simple and the self check in added an extra layer of privacy. The bed is comfortable and cosy, there are snacks provided, and the outdoor bath was heavenly. Cons: We weren’t able to get the most use out of the infrared sauna due to not having enough time for it to heat up. Everything was absolutely perfect but a traditional Finnish sauna would knock this location out of the park.

Holly was a wonderful host. Property is perfect for a romantic stay.

Pros: Beautiful property with great facilities. The outdoor bath and sauna were amazing. We stayed with our beautiful bulldog, who sadly passed away the following week. Our trip together will always have beautiful memories x Cons: Loved it all.
