Very clean, comfortable , small room with limited storage for clothes. Very warm! I would have preferred a power or charging point on both sides of the bed & one by the mirror to use my straighteners. Very good breakfast & helpful staff. Hotel very close to Spittelmkt station, journetmy from airport was straightforward.
Stayed 3 nights for a city break. Hotel and staff good - just a bit out for tourist attractions. Walk was ok though. Thank you!
We stayed here for the Berlin Marathon. The hotel itself gave early breakfast and free bananas and water on the day of the marathon. However, the front desk staff were absolutely unhelpful and rude (not one but all we saw there). They didn’t gave us the late check out for free as part of Expedia VIP benefits and were kind of laughing about that until on Saturday one guy said we could have it until 1 or we have to pay (marathon finishes at 2-4 pm) Rooms also were extremely small even for Berlin We wouldn’t stay here again
Have had pleasant stay. Quiet and clean hotel room. Easy reacheable by transport.
Very small room just to my standard. I love it and I enjoyed the food to my last departure. I recommend.
