Pros: Titianic Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin is excellent hotel. Everything was perfect . To start with location is close to all attractions. The hotel itself is very nice it is true 5 stars hotel. The staff are very helpful and polite. The breakfast was one of the best breakfast among most of the hotel In Europe. Thank you very much to all the staff at Titanic hotel. Excellent stay, disappointing aftermath

Cons: I genuinely do not know how to rate this stay overall. The hotel itself, the service during my stay, and the breakfast were excellent. That is why it is all the more disappointing that what happened afterwards has left me with serious doubts. During my stay, EUR 100 was placed on hold on my credit card as a deposit for possible minibar or additional charges. I was informed about this. Later, however, an additional hold of EUR 42 appeared on my card. At no point was I informed about this additional hold, nor was I given any explanation as to what it was for. After checking out,
