A la llegada, el personal de recepción fue muy amable y acogedor, y realmente apreciamos lo serviciales que fueron al registrarnos. Cuando llegamos a nuestra primera habitación en el tercer piso, nos decepcionó encontrar manchas en el cabecero y la alfombra, y marcas por todas partes en las paredes. Teniendo en cuenta cuánto pagamos y que era una ocasión especial, fue bastante desalentador. Para su crédito, en recepción fueron muy apologetas y rápidame

I recently stayed at the Tivoli Hotel with my mum for a special occasion and, unfortunately, our experience was quite mixed. On arrival, the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated how helpful they were when checking us in. When we reached our first room on the 3rd floor, we were disappointed to find stains on the headboard and carpet and marks all over the walls. Considering how much we paid and that it was a special occasion, it was quite disheartening. To their credit, reception were very apologetic and quickly moved us to a room on the 7th floor. The new
