FABULOUS
The friendliness of all the staff is amazing 🙏 We loved the atmosphere, the services, the view, the sky bar 😍😍 I was hesitant, but it is definitely a hotel to visit with family! And the hot water pool 🫠🫠👌

Great location, very attentive staff, beautiful decor
Pros: The room was small but very well presented and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar before going out for dinner and also on our return. The staff were amazing and so happy even though it was always busy. Cons: The biggest let down for us was that one of the lifts was under maintenance, which meant that on the day of check-out we waited 16 minutes for a lift with all our luggage. When it did arrive, we were told we couldn't fit in, but we stepped inside as we had waited so long. I do feel, being a hotel owner ourselves, that the emergency stairwell should be turned into a p

Expensive for the services
Pros: The geographical location and the roof top Cons: Dirty pool and completely needs to be redone, nothing is right. It was cloudy, the liner is stained, the walls are dirty, and the paint is peeling off the wall behind the sun loungers. The empty and dirty jacuzzi, and the pool ceilings are horrible, nothing is right in this relaxation area. The bathrooms are outdated, absolutely not worthy of a 4-star. The room is fine, clean.
