We had a great stay and the staff are brilliant
Pros: Breakfast was very good, it's in a very good location to get to places of interest. There is a bus stop right outside that takes you straight to Windsor castle. Cons: The sink in the en-suite took a little while to drain away,
Great stay in old Windsor, beautiful part of England, the manager and staff were great person
Pros: Comfortable rooms, good location and great staff. I had to return a hire car in the morning and our flight was at 9pm. I asked the manager if we could leave our luggage after checkout to explore Windsor. He said yes no problem no charge. Great customer service, I’ll definitely be back and recommend to anyone travelling to Windsor. Cons: Nothing
Good value and a great location for Windsor
Pros: Super location and free parking . Staff pleasant and obliging but could be better briefed on essential tourist information. For example maps of Windsor would have been very helpful Cons: Everything closes down quite early and the hotel is geared up to carvery eating which suited us
Pleasant enough accommodation
Pros: Friendly staff and good size room. Cons: The WiFi didn’t work and we had to use our data for 3 days! The shower door didn’t shut and it leaked water over the floor!
10/10, good food comfy beds and child friendly
Pros: Rooms were, nice and clean, bed was comfy and it was nice and quiet for saying it is attached to a restaurant, Would definitely stay again if travelling in the area Cons: nothing to say
