Pros: staff in the restaurant were delightful. Cons: Room was a bit shabby compared to competitors, and I have had challenges contacting the hotel about a lost item since our stay.

Cheerful staff, maintenance needs improvement

Pros: Location, room size, bed and linen. Cons: Maintenance lacking, faults not fixed despite reporting them twice, water leak

Pros: Comfortable bed, powerful shower, easy to reach off motorway, great value breakfast. Cons: No blind on velux window directly over bed so (room 17) so woken early by light.
