Great location, spacious room and lovely staff

We really enjoyed our stay at Tokyu Stay Shibuya. The room was surprisingly spacious, which was a big bonus, especially after travelling around Japan. The free coffee each day was also a lovely touch! The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants nearby and only around a 10-minute walk to Shibuya Station. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Overall, a really comfortable stay and we would happily stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

Thank you to Ruby & the other employees at Shibuya Stay. She is awesome and helped us tremendously!

It was our family's first time traveling to Japan and we had some hiccups along the way. The staff made accommodations for us that exceeded expectations. We are especially grateful to Ruby at the front desk for going out of her way to help us. THANK YOU, Ruby!! We also appreciate all of the hotel staff at the check in counter - everyone was extremely kind and helpful.
