Pros: The reception team was very friendly. Cons: The room wasn't clean, the bedding looked dirty, and the floor was filthy. The facilities were very old. Honestly, the room wasn't pleasant.

Pros: Close to tram, shops, food, short walk to Acland Street, beach, Palais Theatre, Luna Park, art work displays in the hotel was nice, Phillip, front desk was very nice. Cons: I was unaware of the room I chose, Piccalo, it was the size of a small standard bathroom. Small bed against the wall, tiny bathroom, super tiny area over all. No view, small heater, small windows, dog box. I was shocked! I spoke with the staff and was upgraded free to a more reasonable size room. The original booking showed the bigger green room, not the small red room. Both showing better looking than they actually w

Was all about location

Pros: Location was excellent. Right on tram line to the city and Flinders St station Cons: V small basic room. Looked dated. Carpet not good around the edges
