Pleasant stay in the heart of Roma, few issues but addressed quickly by management.

Pros: The location was excellent. I come from Shoreditch in London and the neighbourhood had a similar vibe. Very cool, felt safe, really vibey. We were a bit hesitant after booking as we read someone was held up outside the building but after staying in Roma for a week, I think that was due to bad luck rather than specifically the location. The beds were big and comfy, the towels were thick, the property was clean and all the amenities we needed. Free laundry facilities also. We also had plenty of hot water from day 2 onwards (see below) The door security team were kind, as was the proper

Location is perfect. Staff was nice. You can use the laundry machines for free and they provide detergent. You can also leave you luggage at the property if you check out and your flight leaves later. Zero complains. This is my second time at this property and I hope to return again!

Overall, the stay met our expectations.

Pros: The kitchen and the location. Cons: There are some room issues like loose towel hooks and wobbly toilet paper holder. And the big window in the dining area allowed water onto the floor during the heavy rain we experienced.

Pros: Hjælpsomt personale. God beliggenhed Cons: Vi startede med lejligheden i stueplan. Den var beskidt, fugtig og køkkenet var mangelfuldt. Vi flyttede til en ny lejlighed på 3. Sal som var meget bedre og herfra var opholdet super godt.
