Pros: Habitación muy cómoda y limpia y pudimos hacer check in a las 11 cuando llegamos. No tuvimos ningún problema al hacer la reserva a través de booking, ya llevaba incluidos todos los impuestos y el precio era el final. En cuanto al depósito de seguridad fueron 200$ que nos retuvieron pero se anuló rápidamente al día siguiente al checkout. Bien ubicado, fuimos andando tanto a las cataratas como a clifton hill. Personal muy amable y atento. El mirador hacía las cataratas en la planta 25 es maravilloso. El hotel cuenta con un restaurante ihop para desayunos que se hacen desde este mirador. M

Pros: The room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. The location was perfect for exploring Niagara Falls, with everything conveniently nearby. What we loved most was the 25th-floor observation deck. The view was absolutely beautiful and was a great alternative to going up the Skylon Tower. 😍🌊 This was also our first time staying in a hotel here in Canada, so it was a very special experience for us. Absolutely Amazing

Pros: We loved Tower Hotel; the location was amazing! It was within walking distance of the falls; the view from the room was spectacular, and the price was reasonable. The staff was great; they allowed us to check in early, and they were very informative. Cons: nothing, honestly. If I had to say something, it would be the bathroom was a little cramped.
