Pros: Not much Cons: unhelpful or absent staff , location was too far from the centre - breakfast cancelled Dirty carpet in room

Pros: The staff were great, very welcoming. Cons: The cleanliness of the room we stayed could be better. More thorough hovering of the carpet and cleaning inside the draws as 5hey were very dusty.
