Low Quality of Customer Service: I stayed there for one night
Low Quality of Customer Service: I stayed there for one night. And I paid for Panoramic Suites but had to stay in Standard room for no reason. I complained to the front desk but she explained to me that the prices of all rooms are the same, which it is clearly not the case. Other issues are the following; Cockroach in a room Washroom with strong odor Dirty bed sheet (with a few stains like old blood and holes) Pillow with strong smell (it wasn't cleaned properly) No WiFi in a room (you have to go near the front desk to get proper wifi signal)

Central location with parking (but very few places and dangerous exit backwards)
Central location with parking (but very few places and dangerous exit backwards). Eating places within walking distance. Renovated hotel but works still in progress

There was no hot water to bathe
There was no hot water to bathe. They had no washcloth. Stains on the linens. TV wiring just hanging on the wall. Curtains not hooked on properly on the glass doors. Rusted garbage bin. But the staff was nice.
