Great location and a great host!
Pros: Great location. The host Alain was excellent and could not do enough to help. Provided fresh milk for tea and coffee, provided parking permit and even extended it to allow us a late checkout. Cons: Shower was very small which some people might find a little difficult to navigate (but worked perfectly) and the bathroom also showed some signs of a bit of 'wear and tear' around the edges - but otherwise the apartment was good.

Pros: Great location. Lovely quiet street, with on street parking Bars and restaurants close by . Bed and pillows really comfy Cons: Nothing we would stay here again

Royal Leamington Spa living
Pros: Ground floor flat in the heart of Leamington Spa. Easy walking to all the shops, cafes and bars. Cons: Shower is a little small, but then I have broad shoulders.
Christmas in Royal Leamington Spa
Alain met me on arrival, complete with a decent bottle of wine. Nothing was too much trouble, including the parking permit. The flat is brilliantly located for Leamington Spa town centre and surrounding areas.
