We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to your fine city!
Pros: Very friendly staff. Nice and quiet all night long, no voices from others heard in our room. Mid size fridge was especially nice to have in our room as we stayed two nights and then had an 8 hour drive home so we left with cold drinks and frozen ice packs in our ice chest. The free breakfast was a requirement as we searched for the right hotel and turned out to be delicious, just what we like! Plenty of up-close parking so we didn’t have to carry our bags too far.
Cons: We would have enjoyed Fox news and a bar area with maybe live entertainment.

Average, Not As Safe As I Expected.
We got upgraded to a suite so we were very happy with the room. After my husband cleaned the clogged shower head, the water pressure was amazing. After my husband tightened a few loose screws on the noisy air conditioner, it was no longer noisy and worked great. Since most of the staff didn’t speak English, we gave up trying to ask for maintenance assistance. Thank goodness I have a very handy husband. We picked this hotel because of the supposedly secure parking lot. I never saw security once nor did I feel like the parking lot was safe. At check in we were informed parking was $7 a night. Ju

Great location, excellent service
We stayed for only one night but wished we could have stayed longer! The location is ideal—across the street from the Pueblo Cultural Center, which was at the top of our list of things to see. Several very nice casual restaurants and a Starbucks all within walking distance. Easy access to Old Town. Very nice lounge and lobby areas. The room was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. It was also very quiet. But what really made it exceptional was service from the staff.
