Comfort & Convenience

Pros: Quick ride from BWI & Light Rail. Very clean room w/efficiency amenities. Extremely comfortable bed. Staff very helpful & breakfast was varied & delicious! Cons: Miscommunication re: shuttle. 1) Pick-up at BWI is upstairs/2nd floor door 5. Initially, only told “door 5.” 2) Sign at check-in states “Shuttle runs every 1/2 hour” -but omitted only upon request.

Pros: Location was nice and away from the dirtiness and sketchy side of town! We felt safe and there were not any weird or smoky smells within the hotel/rooms. We enjoyed having decent dining options within a mile as well. Cons: The coffee that was served during breakfast tasted burnt.

Check TV, Air controls

Pros: Beds soft, full fridge to use, very quiet Cons: The tv turned off automatically on its own, no instructions that air was controlled by switch on wall behind door, rsvp for king, did not get it.
