It was ok. Charge for pets was $100 for the night which is the highest I have ever paid at any hotel.

Pros: Close to our plans for the day Cons: Room was super cold and hard to control. No ice machine on 1st floor and 2nd floor ice was empty. I had to go up to 4th just to get ice for a drink.

Late check in and patient staff

A late-night check-in with my 99-year-old dad after a flight cancellation left us stranded and without our toiletries. We are so grateful for the incredibly patient and kind hotel staff, who made sure we had everything we needed. Their compassion turned a stressful evening into a reminder that good people are everywhere. Thank you! ❤️

Grapevine layover

Pros: The staff from check-in to the breakfast buffet were awesome! Shuttle to and from the airport very courteous and friendly!! Cons: Only issue was sofa sleeper was missing a leg bolt
