Quick and easy check-in and out. Water was hot but not enough towels or linens for 3 adults. Kids got breakfast
Pros: Everything was ready and check in was quick. Cons: There was no linens for our 3rd adult.

Beware... No Guest Services
Pros: I requested a handicap room close to reception. My room was a long walk. 2. I had my grandkids with me for what I wanted to be a wonderful adventure. For them to swim in the evenings. The pool was green with algae and unsafe for swimming! I notified the desk and they told me it would be cleaned by the next day. The next morning it was still green but lighter. By that evening I asked if the pool was safe for swimming and was told yes. We went out to the pool and there were three people at a table that had been drinking. They had a dog running loose all over the fenced pool area and it ch

Would stay here again.
Pros: We loved our suite for the price. Family of 4 and we didn't feel squished in together at all. The front desk staff was very friendly. Pool was nice and shaded between buildings. Close proximity to Surfside Beach. Cons: They had some maintenance issues in the hallway which made the elevator smell, but I would assume this is being fixed and not a standing issue.
