Great location and great for extended stay.

Clean, comfortable beds, very easy hotel in great location to restaurants, shopping, etc. Staff very professional, informed and eager to help. Cameron was on the front desk for my visit and answered all my questions including using the computer/printer and making future Marriott reservations for me. Breakfast selection s not very good on weekdays , easy to pickup and take with you but not to sit and enjoy breakfast and a little better on Saturday. The breakfast help was very welcoming and eager to please. The selection was just not very good! Other Marriotts have better breakfast selections. A

I would never use TownePlace again

Pros: It was under construction, disgustingly messy and smelly with no notice it would be. No amenities open. Our door was opened without notice making my kids feel unsafe. The front desk was unhelpful. Cons: Mess, construction, safety issues

Overall the stay was good; the pool being closed was disappointing

Pros: The room was nice and recently remodeled. The beds were actually really comfortable. Everyone was very pleasant. Overall it was a great stay. Cons: The hotel was in the middle of a remodel and the pool was closed, that was very disappointing. When I booked there wasn’t any mention of the pool being closed so my kiddo was pretty disappointed. The indoor pool was one of the main reasons I booked this room. We were there March of 2026 so if you are booking around this time you may want to check to see if it’s actually open.
