Overall, a very good stay. Comfortable rooms, friendly service and top-notch breakfast!

Pros: The property was very well-maintained, centrally located, with only a couple of stops from Manhattan. The metro station is around 8-10min walk from the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was top-notch, and the staff were polite, friendly and accommodating. Cons: While there are many hotels in the vicinity, the neighborhood is not fabulous. The walk to and from the subway isn't great. Too many people out on the streets, loitering and passing comments,. We ended up taking a longer route to the hotel via the 38th, which seemed more safer.

Unauthorized charges on my credit card resulted in an $85 loss on my part after the charges were refunded. The hotel is

Cons: Location. Walking to/from the hotel felt very unsafe. The surrounding area is dirty, too.

Cannot complain- good value, great staff and service

Pros: Rooms were big (for new york), they were cleaned every other day which was convenient enough. Cons: No restaurant on site (if im being picky) but free breakfast in the morning was great
