Needed a pet friendly place to stay while our kitchen floor was being renovated.
Pros: Staff was super friendly and helpful, our 2 bedroom suite was very clean, quiet, and roomy. Very welcoming to our dog too! Cons: The sofa was sagging and uncomfortable. Living area furniture could be updated. Free breakfast was ok.
Did not expect too much. We were looking for a place to lay our heads.
Pros: The rooms in terms of location and price. Cons: We booked a place for five adults, but it was only prepared for four upon their arrival. There was a lack of equipment, and we had to request it when we arrived late. The hotel's breakfast organization was late.
Was unable to stay due to overbooking
Pros: The property was overbooked so I was not able to use my Booking.com paid reservation Cons: I am still waiting for them to reimburse me my money for the advance payment
Pretty average in an older hotel
Pros: Breakfast was good Cons: We booked a day earlier than we traveled and stayed a day later since we thought we were 13-15, not 12-14 and no one mentioned we had arrived late or stayed a day later. The extra night charge was much higher. This is mostly booking.com's fault as they changed the dates I had put in between page changes.
Pros: Nothing Cons: The fact they refused the card I was going to use even though I booked with the same card, so I told the desk agent we needed to cancel. Then they tried my account over and over but I kept declining, so they waited until 4 am to charge for a no call no show, but obviously it wasn't because I went in there to check in and they refused my card
