Pros: Easy access to the property, perfect for where I am working could leave vehicle and walk, shops nearby. Cons: Living room curtains are awkward to close at night. Radiator in hallway has a small leak

Pros: Well-appointed throughout. Quiet (apart from morning road traffic). Short walk from railway station (Mount Florida) to access city centre (Central Station). Convenience stores a short walk away. Cons: Cathcart Rd traffic is noisy in the morning.
