Pros: Very kind staff, good and quiet room. Good breakfast included in the price. Cons: Not exactly close to the center but still excellent and honest Uber service.

Pros: The location near the airport. Cons: Not very clean, the breakfast tables we did not want to use and the carpet in the hall and stairs leave much to be desired

Pros: The location near the airport. Cons: Not very clean, the breakfast tables we did not want to use and the carpet in the hall and stairs leave much to be desired. But the room was okay. The facade and the (paid) parking are not welcoming either.

Beautiful building, beautiful room, would definitely return.

Pros: Lovely building, nice decor, good bed and helpful, friendly staff. Cons: Shower head in Trafford Suite hanging at a weird angle.

The worst hotel in Manchester.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Arriving at the hotel, it appeared to be similar to the lovely AI-retouched photos; however, the outside of the hotel and car park look almost abandoned. We went into reception and waited over 10 minutes to be checked in. We were told that we had been upgraded to a suite, sounds lovely I thought. The inside of the building does retain its charm; it looked quite pleasant. We entered our room to be met with the dirtiest carpet I have ever seen in a hotel room, stained and threadbare.
