The worst hotel in Manchester.
Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Arriving at the hotel, it appeared to be similar to the lovely AI-retouched photos; however, the outside of the hotel and car park look almost abandoned. We went into reception and waited over 10 minutes to be checked in. We were told that we had been upgraded to a suite, sounds lovely I thought. The inside of the building does retain its charm; it looked quite pleasant. We entered our room to be met with the dirtiest carpet I have ever seen in a hotel room, stained and threadbare.
