Lovely staff . Parking limited to yard next door while they await the drop kerb .
Pros: So convenient for all London transport / flights . Cons: Room still being refurbished but clean &tidy. Tv screen cracked but they didn’t know and will replace asap. Shower thermostat stuck on hot .
My stay was perfect and when working in the area I would not consider staying anywhere else

Pros: It was basic and had what you needed Cons: The parking was a big problem for me and the location of the hotel is awful not because of the airport but the area unfortunately isn’t somewhere I’d want to stay
